What is plant-based milk?
Plant-based milk is a vegan aqueous extract made from various plant-based raw materials without adding any animal dairy products. Different formulations may contain additional vitamins, minerals, fats, and flavors as a nutritionally complete milk alternative.
How is plant-based milk produced?
The raw materials are mixed with a certain proportion of water, then ground into a slurry. Proteins and components are extracted at a certain temperature within a specified time.
