1. The screw pusher is made of 304 stainless steel; the main parts such as the drum are made of 304 stainless steel to ensure the durability and long-term service life of the equipment.
2. According to the user's material characteristics and process requirements, optimize the drum length-to-diameter ratio, rotational speed and drum cone structure.
3. Select the planetary gear differential with heavy load and large transmission ratio.
4. The main motor and the auxiliary motor of the differential gear adopt dual-electric dual-frequency control to realize stepless speed regulation.
5. The centrifuge occupies a small space and iseasy to install and debug; the whole machine is fully sealed, safe and hygienic, and has a good use environment.
