Products Description
SGL series rock cuttings dryer is a vertical scraper discharge centrifuge, which is mainly composed of motor, upper cover, rotor, scraper, screen basket, base, sand funnel, feed inlet, gearbox assembly, lubrication system, control box, etc.
The rock cuttings dryer separates the solid and liquid phases through the principle of centrifugal separation. It can effectively recover the liquid components in the drilling cuttings and dry the solid phase. It is applicable to water-based mud, oil-based mud and synthetic base mud. It can recover the mud in the drilling cuttings, reduce the drilling cost and reduce the pollution to the environment. The treatment capacity is 40~60 tons per hour, and the liquid content and oil content of the treated drilling cuttings are lower than 5% (w/w), meeting the international emission standards and environmental requirements. It is applicable to the treatment of drilling cuttings in onshore and offshore drilling.

Screen
Specially designed highly precise stainless steel screen to ensure your better separation, longer life and easy replacement.
The screen itself is individually balanced for future replacement. And the screen is separated from the frame which allows you to change the screen only, not need to change the frame inside.
Air knife
Special high pressure air knife design to clean the basket screen automatically to avoid the screen blinding especially for high viscosity mud and water based mud. All around flushing system through specially designed nozzle to avoid the block of the liquid discharge channel.
oil lubrication system
Individual oil lubrication system with automatic alarm for pressure limit. The main motor and oil pump motor is interlocked with each other for avoiding the start of the mainmotor prior to the start of the oil pump motor
