VFD Variable Frequency Centrifuge
The SENZ VFD variable frequency centrifuge separates particles of 2 ~ 5 µm, and the barite recovery rate of LW355 can reach over 90%. Water-based Drilling Mud Treatment System
SENZ water-based drilling mud treatment system is mainly composed of a drilling fluid shale shaker, centrifuge, screw conveyor, roughing screen, agitator, transfer pump, collection tank, gel-breaking flocculation tank, dosing tank, dosing pump, feed pump, filter press, belt conveyor, water tank and other equipment.

Oil-Based Drill Mud Treatment System
Senz oil-based drilling mud treatment system is mainly composed of a cutting dryer, centrifuge, screw conveyor, collection tank, shale shaker, and drilling fluid recovery equipment. After treatment, useful oil-based mud can be recovered, while the solid phase water content can be effectively reduced to achieve waste reduction and incineration energy saving.

● Low Oil Content - The oil content of the treated drill cuttings is less than 8%, which is convenient for bagging and transportation.

Oil Sludge Treatment System
The complete set of oil sludge treatment equipment developed by SENZ successfully solves the problem of large accumulation of oil sludge in oil fields and difficulty in recovery, in view of the special physical and chemical properties of oil sludge and its own characteristics. It realizes colloidal demulsification and separation of aging colloid, polymer, sulfide and mechanical impurities, and forms a complete set of equipment that can be easily controlled automatically. The system mainly consists of three-phase centrifuge, disc stack centrifuge, heating and mixing tank, oil tank, sludge pump and its attached pipelines, valves, cables, monitoring instruments, etc.
