Shenzhou-SENZ Decanter Centrifuge can be equipped with different lubrication systems according to customer requirements to ensure a longer service life of the horizontal screw centrifuge.
Maintenance cost (based on continuous operation, seasonal use, and other operating modes) is a determining factor in choosing a lubrication system. The selection of different lubrication systems also depends on the centrifuge model.
In the Decanter centrifuge, gears, barrel conveying bearings, and rotor bearings are all equipped with lubricants. For the rotor bearings, the lubricating oil system (manual lubrication with grease pump, central lubrication system, or automatic central lubrication system) is different from the automatic oil mist lubrication system. SENZ spiral conveyor bearings can be lubricated in a permanent or repetitive manner.

1. Manual Lubrication System
This lubrication method involves using a grease pump to directly re-lubricate the two rotor bearing seats of the Foruiwei horizontal screw centrifuge.
Manual lubrication and its advantages:
1) Simple design (the simplest structure, low procurement cost)
2) The grease pump is very easy to use
3) The grease pump can be used for multiple horizontal screw centrifuges, thus minimizing maintenance costs
Central Lubrication System
The central lubrication system simultaneously dispenses lubricant to multiple lubrication points. This lubrication method uses a manually operated lubrication pump to precisely distribute the lubricant to multiple lubrication points of the SENZ centrifuge (using a plunger pump distributor).
Advantages of SENZ Central Lubrication System:
1) Very precise lubrication metering
2) Single pump, extremely easy operation
3) Extremely short re-lubrication time
Automatic Oil Mist Lubrication System
The fully automatic oil mist lubrication is the most minimal lubrication system, delivering oil droplets to lubrication points through compressed air flow. Continuous monitoring ensures operational reliability. This air pressure-driven lubrication system can be used in explosive areas (areas where potential hazards may exist).
Advantages of automatic oil/air lubrication system:
1) Provides permanent lubrication and cooling for rotor bearings
2) No need to change lubricating oil - minimal oil consumption
3) Slight overpressure at the lubrication point prevents gas or suspended particles from infiltrating the rotor bearings
Automatic Central Lubrication System
Compared to the central lubrication system, the automatic central lubrication system ensures that lubricating grease automatically reaches the required lubrication points at set intervals.
Advantages of automatic central lubrication system:
1) Avoids over-lubrication and excessive lubrication
2) No manual lubrication costs
3) Monitoring of lubrication quantity and lubricating oil level
