Maintenance methods for centrifugal dehydrator

Firstly, the centrifugal dehydrator must be regularly inspected and lubricated, and inspected at least once every six months.

Secondly, regularly inspect the base of the centrifuge and motor, as well as all supporting frames, casings, and connecting fittings, at least once a year.

Thirdly, the upper and lower casings of the machine should be cleaned regularly every 6 months, or according to the requirements of the process conditions.

Fourthly, the outer shell of the drum should be inspected at least every two months for corrosion and rust.

Fifth, check the bolt components installed on the drum. Check these screws at least once a year and replace them at least every three years.

Sixth, check the belt tension every 4000 hours, and the V-belt of the main motor should usually be replaced after 16000 hours of operation.

Seventh, main bearing shall be filled with oil every half month, and each bearing (2) shall be filled with 3g (2-3 guns of oil gun).

Eighth, for the lubrication of spiral bearings, oil should be added once a month, and 25g (15 guns) should be added to each bearing (2 pieces).

Ninth, the gear oil should be replaced once when the centrifuge runs for 3000 hours.
