First, take a variety of measures to reduce the vibration of centrifuges
After each centrifuge is completed, the water washing of the centrifuge drum should be enhanced. According to our experience, if the washing of the centrifuge drum is not complete, the adhesion of the sludge on the drum will be formed during the centrifuge outage. Then, the next time the drum is turned on, the dynamic equilibrium will be formed due to the uneven force, resulting in severe vibration of the centrifuge; In addition, when the liquid level baffle is re-installed at the end of each cleaning supernatant reflux pipe, attention should be paid to ensuring that all the liquid level baffles are at the same height, and the tolerance of the liquid level baffle height should be ensured to be -0.25mm-- +0.25mm, otherwise it will lead to uneven centrifuge force and violent vibration.
Second, reduce the solid content of the supernatant and reduce the wear level of the centrifuge
In the production operation, we found that if the sludge contains a large amount of sediment, and the supernatant has a high solid content in the operation of the centrifuge, if it is operated in this state for a long time, it can be seen from the above centrifuge schematic diagram that the supernatant has a high flow rate when it is thrown out of the reflux tube, which will form the wear of the centrifuge bolts and counterweight blocks. Therefore, strict management and careful operation during production and operation to reduce the solid content of supernatant are of great significance to reduce centrifuge wear.
Third, regularly clean the supernatant reflux pipe
In the production operation, if the supernatant of sludge dehydration contains a relatively large amount of solid, it is easy to form an obstruction of the supernatant backflow pipe, which will lead to a drop in the solid content of the dehydrated sludge, and the centrifuge will also cause vibration due to uneven force, so it is necessary to stop periodic cleaning of the supernatant backflow pipe according to the practical operation condition. When the equipment is supplied, there is already a washing pipe with the same length as the supernatant backflow pipe, which can be inserted into the supernatant backflow pipe to stop washing. However, as this backwash pipe cannot be thoroughly washed and cleaned, the washing on the wall of the supernatant backflow pipe will not be thoroughly contaminated with sludge, which will cause the centrifuge to vibrate during operation. We will transform it into a washing pipe with brush. This allows for a more thorough flushing of the supernatant reflux pipe. The cleaning cycle of the supernatant reflux tube is generally between 50 and 100 hours, depending on the solid content of the supernatant during the operation of the centrifuge.
Fourth, regular liquidation of mud screw pump
The sludge in the initial sedimentation tank of the municipal sewage treatment plant contains a large amount of hair, which is difficult to remove from the ordinary mechanical grille, which is easy to block the sludge screw pump in the production operation, and must be stopped regularly to prevent the centrifuge from being run, due to the blockage of the sludge screw pump, the forced shutdown is formed, and the cleaning cycle is generally between 50-100 hours.
Fifth, the maintenance of automatic dispensing and installation of flocculants
Due to the viscous state of the polyacrylamide aqueous solution, and its solubility is relatively poor, it is easy to form PAM, caking and silting in the pipeline where the flocculant is automatically distributed and installed, and on the agitator, such as we found that after long-term operation, PAM will sludge on the static mixer, and it will also caking on the sensor (probe) of the static pressure type liquid level meter, forming an inaccurate indication. Lead to equipment misoperation, so during the equipment idle period, the regular liquidation of flocculant automatically dosing the installation of PAM, the formation of caking and silting is very necessary, so as to adhere to the good operation of the equipment!
