Countermeasures
1. Reduce the amount of dry powder stored in the powder storage tank, increase the frequency of adding dry powder to the powder storage tank, and avoid the water vapor in the process of conveying dry powder to the water injector to combine with the dry powder in the powder storage tank and then harden, thus blocking the normal operation of the water injector.
2. Increase the pipeline booster pump on the fresh water pipe for dispensing the medicine, so that the pipe network pressure is maintained at about 0.5MPa, which is the full mixing of water and dry powder in the water injector to better achieve the concentration of the dispensing agent.
3. Regularly clean the deposited liquid at the bottom of the liquid medicine storage tank to ensure the cleanliness of the bottom of the medicine tank and avoid the deposition of debris blocking the drug delivery pipeline.
B - Sampling and analysis of centrifuge mud
The properties of the sludge in the front directly affect the sedimentation effect of the sludge in the thickening tank, the moisture content of the sludge is high, under the same settling time, after entering the centrifuge, in the case of a certain amount of mud, the water content of the sludge after centrifuge treatment will increase correspondingly, and the solid content of the supernatant will also increase, showing a turbidity state.
Countermeasures: Sample and analyze the settled sludge inside the thickening tank regularly, adjust the settling time of the sludge in the thickening tank appropriately according to the water content of the sludge, and ensure the process index of centrifuge sludge.
