Decanter chemical centrifuge (hereinafter referred to as decanter centrifuge) cleaning and lubrication is a very important work in the daily maintenance of centrifuges.
1. Cleaning
Decanter centrifuge is a high-speed rotating machine, which has high requirements for the balance of the rotor.
Decanter centrifuges must be cleaned before being shut down. Centrifuge running vibration, should be cleaned.
Under normal circumstances, it can be cleaned with water. Under special conditions, it must be cleaned with hot water, lye or other solvents.
When cleaning, the cleaning liquid is discharged from the centrifuge slag and liquid discharge port at the same time. When the process does not allow the cleaning medium to enter the solid phase treatment system, the solid phase discharge channel should be closed so that the liquid flow to the incoming cleaning fluid system.
2. lubrication
Good lubrication is an important prerequisite for the stable operation of centrifuges.
(1) Lubrication of differential
The lubrication of the differential is immersion lubrication, the oil temperature is high during operation, and it is easy to leak under the action of centrifugal force. The amount of oil stored should be checked frequently and supplemented in time.
Monthly sampling check the lubricating oil in the differential, analyze the moisture and acidity, analyze whether the lubricating oil is normal, find out the cause of abnormal, immediately replace. When filling new oil, be sure to identify the brand and oil quality, and it is strictly prohibited to use lubricating oil with unknown brand or containing impurities.
(2) Lubrication of drum
Check the refueling hole on the drum and refueling according to the regulations.
