Celebrating 10 Years Chile Customer Visits Shenzhou And Brings New Design Concepts

Our ten years partnership --Chile customer visit to ShenZhou company. During this visit, we had a detailed discussion on the new orders for this year and the planning for Chile's new products exhibition next year. Additionally, they proposed new technological innovations to the product design of our LWS355 and LWS520 three-phase horizontal centrifuges. These two centrifuges are mainly used for copper mining and wastewater treatment, and their visit has once again laid a new milestone for the cooperation between our two companies.

The LWS355 and LWS520 three-phase centrifuge are highly effective in separating copper mines and treating wastewater. They play an important role in the mining industry by separating copper from the rest of the rock and minerals. These centrifuges are also essential in wastewater treatment as they are capable of separating the solid from the liquid phase, which can then be treated more efficiently. With the exchange of innovative ideas during our visit, we hope to make these centrifuges more effective and enhance their performance to provide better solutions for our customers.

 

The three phase working principle is that two liquid phases and one solid phase enter the centrifuge and expand thousands of times under the action of centrifugal force, while the solid phase settles under the action of centrifugal force. The two liquid phases are layered to achieve the separation of solid and liquid, and are discharged from the body separately under the action of a special mechanism. The entire feed separation process is continuous, closed, and automated.

 

The LWS355 and LWS520 tricanter centrifuge have various parameters that contribute to their effectiveness in separating copper mines and treating wastewater. These parameters include the diameter of the drums, their capacity, the speed of rotation, and more. With our team's expertise, we continuously strive to improve these parameters to achieve better performance in copper separation and wastewater treatment.
