Procedure for operation and use of decanter centrifuge

Decanter centrifuge (hereinafter referred to as centrifuge) operation state operation and use rules:
1. After the centrifuge runs normally, check the clarity of the discharge liquid phase and the coherence of the discharge solid.
2, if the results do not meet the requirements, the drum speed and differential speed should first be adjusted to change the effective centrifugal force on the material and the average residence time of the solid phase in the drum dehydration zone.
3, if the adjustment of drum speed and differential speed can not make the liquid phase clarification, solid coherence meet the requirements, then stop the feed, stop according to the shutdown procedure, replace the overflow plate, change the depth of the liquid pool. Replace the overflow plate procedure: After the centrifuge is shut down, open the boot cover, remove the overflow plate from the centrifuge, install the overflow plate of the appropriate size, and then restart the centrifuge according to the boot procedure, and re-feed.
Repeat the above operation until the liquid phase clarity and solid coherence meet the requirements. Keep it running.
