Decanter centrifuge installation precautions

Precautions for decanter centrifuge installation are:
1. Decanter centrifuges shall not be used to separate flammable, toxic, corrosive, radioactive substances.
2. Before preparing to install or operate a decanter, read all requirements in the instructions carefully.
3. Do not operate centrifuges with damaged or no warning labels.
4. If the vibration amplitude of the machine exceeds 24mm/ s, please stop immediately!
5. Centrifuge shall not be used when the feed temperature exceeds the limits specified in the data lists of the three manuals for installation, operation and maintenance.
6. Do not start the centrifuge when there is ice water, freezing or hard material in the drum.
7. Do not run the centrifuge beyond the maximum drum speed and solid density specified in the manual data list or indicated on the centrifuge nameplate.
8. Do not operate the centrifuge without belt guards and other protective devices.
9. Regular inspection of all automatic cut-off devices and monitoring systems to ensure proper operation.
10. Do not disassemble the centrifuge if you are not sure whether the centrifuge is completely stopped, whether the main power is completely disconnected, and whether the main switch is disconnected and safely locked.
11, when the centrifuge drum, motor or support frame cracks, dents, pores or grooves, please do not operate the centrifuge.
12. When the motor is running in the opposite direction of the indicating arrow, please do not carry out any operation on the centrifuge.
13, in the case of centrifuge is not fully installed, do not start the machine.
14. Follow all lubrication procedures and steps of the equipment.
15, at least once a year to check the centrifuge and motor base and all support frame, housing and connecting pipe fittings.
16. Rags and loose clothing shall not be placed near the rotating parts.
17, when disassembling, installing or operating, running and servicing the machine, please strictly follow the normal steps.
18, only specially trained technicians can operate, clean, disassemble and install decanter centrifuges.
