We have two different modes of horizontal decanter centrifuge, one is Two-phase solid-liquid separation, the other is Three-phase solid-liquid-liquid separation, which can be selected according to your material characteristics and separation requirements.
Decanter centrifuge is driven by a main motor andan auxiliary motor, with the bowl and scroll rotatingat high speed in the same direction.
The material enter the scroll and drum through thefeed pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force, thelighter part of the material forms a cylindrical liquidring layer. Solid particles with higher densitydeposit on the inner wall of the drum, forming amud layer.

Drum and screw are working with higher speed at a certain differential rotation. Material is transported into spiral tube continuously , accelerated after the rotary drum, in under the action of centrifugal force field, the heavier solid deposit formed in the drum wall sediment layer.The feeding screw continuously pushes the solid phase of the deposit to the drum cone, and then out of the drain.
