Decanter centrifuge is mainly composed of external drum, screw box feeder, cycloidal needle differential, main bearing, frame, solid and liquid phase collection cover, motor transmission device, electric control box and other components. Its separation principle is: the motor transmission drives the external drum and the differential high-speed rotation, under the action of the cycloidal needle differential, the screw conveyor produces a stable differential speed slightly higher than the external drum speed, in order to achieve the material in the high-speed separation of the screw discharge function
Structure
Separation of light and heavy liquid has been made possible by adopting the special structure of a liquid outlet dam. We also have various options available, and have good advancements for palm oil manufacturers with our high-G and anti-wear specification machines.
Working Principle
Using 2 different size dams for liquid outlets, light liquid and heavy liquid separated using the centrifugal effect can be discharged separately.
