Shenzhou Decanter Centrifuge For Vegetable and Fruit Juice Production

The machine can be mainly used for all kinds of suspension which contains fine particle with diameter of 0.005-15mm, the concentration of 1 - 40% and temperature of not more than 100 ℃. Also can be used for the separation of 3-phase mixture in which the solid’s density is higher than the liquid, and there is density difference (liquid-liquid-solid), and the separation of liquid-solid suspension and particles, especially for the suspension separation in which the filter cloth is difficult to regenerate, and its concentration & particle size changes lot.

Power
Our decanter centrifuges clarify liquids and separate fine solids from suspensions. The double conversion auto control system of the PLC frequency Panel, along with the adjustable impeller, allows for residence time adjustment during operation. Safety and security
Shenzhou decanter differential speed automatic control technology can automatically adjust the screw conveyor’s differential speed, to prevent overload and blockage. The complete machine is equipped with bearing temperature sensor and vibration sensor, and is provided with alarms for main motor overload, differential over torque, low differential speed, etc. Meanwhile, its supporting frequency conversion (flameproof) control cabinet can realize automatic start and stop with one key.
