LW250 centrifuge is a typical small drum centrifuge in ind. field, of small ind. decanter centrifuge type. Its drum dia. is 250 mm (≈9.9 in). With a compact design, it's widely used in solid-liq. sep. ops. with small proc. vols. or space constraints. It also excels in decanter centrifuge exp. tests. Crown Energy's 9-in centrifuge's control sys. has 3 configs: const. speed, full hyd. & var. freq. control. Each config has unique perf. char. to meet diff. exp. & prod. needs. In const. speed mode, it runs at a fixed speed, providing stable force for stable sep. params. Full hyd. control enables precise centrifuge control via hyd. sys., useful when params need precise adj. Var. freq. control adjusts speed flexibly for complex scenarios, offering a broad range and high flexibility. These configs underpin diverse centrifuge apps in ind. and provide options for research and prod. work..
Working Principle
After the suspension to be separated enters the centrifuge drum, under the action of centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, the solid particles with a density greater than the liquid phase rapidly settle to the inner wall of the drum. Subsequently, the screw conveyor in the centrifuge pushes these solids to the dry area at the small end of the drum for further dehydration, and then discharged through the slag discharge port. The separated liquid flows out of the overflow weir at the big end of the drum. The whole process is efficient and stable, which can effectively realize the solid-liquid separation of suspension, providing a reliable guarantee for your production needs.

In addition, the main components of our horizontal decanter centrifuge, such as the rotating bowl and screw parts, are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or duplex steel, thereby providing excellent speed limits and separation ratios.
4. Our mud dewatering equipment has three options, including cycloidal gears, planetary gears, and hydraulic differential devices, resulting in a wide range of differential adjustments. Therefore, this industrial centrifuge can be suitable for various solids.
5. Our horizontal decanter centrifuge has various protections, including over-vibration protection, bearing temperature detection, screw conveyor torque protection, rotation and differential speed detection, nitrogen-filled explosion-proof protection, motor overload and overheating protection, to ensure operational safety.
6. The JG type rubber shock absorber does not require anchor bolts.
